“We’ve got to stop meeting like this,” Matt says, because he thinks it might make Foggy laugh; he’s only mildly disappointed when Foggy just jumps and swears softly under his breath.
“I think maybe you’ve got to stop lurking in the darkness, dude,” he says, sounding more amused than scared as his heartbeat settles down. “Do you–have something for me? Or is this a social call?”
“A trade, I think,” Matt says, fishing a flash drive out of his suit, feeling dumb for being scared about this and not all the actual dangerous crime fighting he finished up just a few minutes ago. “Didn’t you promise me a kiss last time?”
