This is hilarious and I think they would be so scathing about the before part of the show, but also SO BAD at the part where they actually help the hero make improvements. Luke, maybe, if he hasn’t been shot at that day, might be able to come up with some Karamo-type magic but can you imagine Jessica trying to help with the food and wine? “This is whiskey. This is a glass. You’re set. The glass is optional.”
Danny enthusiastically attempting to redo the apartment according to the principles of feng shui (now the couch is in the bathtub).
Matt is–I don’t even know–a walking caveat that you can be well-dressed, have great hair, live in a bomb apartment, and still be a total frickin mess so listen to Karamo and heal your wounds before you end up in a mask.
(This is of course the joke version. If i were actually to write them as Good At This, I’d do it like this:
Matt would be food and wine. (Cooks with his hands and licks his fingers so much when demonstrating that the hero nearly chops off his own thumb)
Jessica would be design. (Wears a toolbelt and carries a whole dining table on her shoulder. The other guys swoon and go “I know I’m gay but that’s so sexy”).
Luke would be fashion. (Them suits. Come on. )
Danny would be grooming (?? Maybe? This honestly makes the least sense out of all of them but I could imagine him just cheekily flirting with someone in the salon mirror to make them feel at ease.)
Claire would be culture. (She smiles at the hero and says she he’s a good person and all is right in his world. Also if he doesn’t quit pining this instant and lock down that first date, she’s going to sigh at him.)
you gave me a cookie i gave you a cookie. you gave me a cookie, gave you cookie. gave me cookie, gave you cookie. you gave me a cookie i got you a cookie, man. gave you cookie got you cookie. we’re even! we’re even schmidt!
I am answering this with the caveat that I never read/saw Pride and Prejudice save for the scene I looked up on youtube so I could write this, so I apologize in advance if nothing makes sense.

Foggy turned to look, and to see Mr. Murdock coming over to him out of the early morning fog made his breath catch in his throat.
“I couldn’t sleep,” Foggy said, as though answering a question Matt hadn’t asked.
“Nor I. My aunt…”
“Mrs. Cardenas, yes, she was here,” Foggy murmured, looking down at his hands.
“How can I ever make amends for such behavior?”
Foggy looked up at Mr. Murdock’s face, shaking his head in disbelief. “After what you have done for Marci, and I suspect Karen also, it is I who should be making amends.”
Mr. Murdock swallowed hard. “You must know… surely you must know it was all for you.“
“When I started my musical career, I was a maid,” she told the audience. “I used to clean houses. My parents, my mother was a proud janitor. My stepfather, who raised me like his very own, worked at the post office and my father was a trash man — they all wore uniforms. And that’s why I stand here today in my black and white and I wear my uniform to honor them.”
Congratulation, Dr. Carla Hayden, on becoming the 14th Librarian of Congress!
the only thing I like more than making storytime kids sing about loving themselves is making their parents do it. we just did a song about loving all our body parts, and dancing and singing everybody knows that I love my thighsis definitely not just for the preschoolers
